how do i get my ticket?
Tickets purchased in advance online will be available at our Will-Call Table on event days starting at 9am. The Will-Call Table will be located inside David Lubin Elementary play yard (3535 M Street).
You may also purchase a ticket on event day (Saturday May 11 or Sunday May 12) at our on-campus Boutique and Cafe. Tickets may be purchased between the hours of 9am-2pm.
Is there transportation?
The tour can be walked at your own pace and can even be enjoyed on both Saturday and Sunday, as long as you have your ticket. This year we have invited various transportation vendors to join us for the tour. Their services are not included in the ticket price and are an additional fee (or encouraged tip).
does my child need a ticket?
Children 12 and under are free, any child over 12 must have a ticket. Please remember that this is a fundraiser for David Lubin Elementary’s enrichment programs.
where are the restrooms?
Look for the notation on your ticket and program. We’ve also provided notations where there are handicapped accessible gardens.
can i purchase tickets on tour days?
Tickets will be available for purchase but the ticket prices will be $5.00 higher than tickets purchased in advance. For your convenience, tickets may be purchased in advance on-line: https://www.eastsacgardentour.com/store or via Venmo. A $1 service fee per ticket applies for sales made via Venmo.
where do i pick up my tickets if i purchased them online?
Online tickets will be available for pick up at Will-Call on event days. Will-Call is located inside the David Lubin Elementary entrance, in the center of the Boutique.
if i don’t finish the tour on saturday, can i come sunday?
Yes, please take the time to enjoy all of the gardens. You may complete the tour on Sunday, as long as you have your ticket.
tell me more about the sutter lawn wine garden tickets?
Tickets are $20 per person in advance and $25 on event days. Tickets will be sold weekend-of at David Lubin Elementary or at Sutter Lawn Tennis Club. Ticket includes a 3 pour wine tasting. The first 200 guests will receive a souvenir wine glass. We will have a small group of vendors and pop-ups joining us.
Are refunds available?
This is a fundraiser for students at David Lubin Elementary School. No refunds are available on ticket sales. The tour will be held rain or shine!
